Hello Everybody, I am Anastasia! Thank you for stopping by my fashion blog and welcome! I wanted to share a little about myself to my new blog readers so you can learn about me.

Who Am I?

You are probably asking who I am and what my blog is about. I am a fashion blogger based in Birmingham, Michigan a city in the metro-detroit area. I am in my early 20s and currently am a full time Medical Assistant. Between working, owning my photography company, and blogging I keep busy. I am all things girly, love makeup, have a huge shoe collection and love all things pink and rose gold. You will notice me try to post mostly neutral colors and once in a while a pop of color here and there.

Why Did I Start a Blog?

When I was in high school I loved fashion but never could afford all the high end brands so I always looked for sales and deals to buy the “cool brands”. I love sharing all the best deals and looking great on a budget but also enjoying to splurge here and there. I guess you could say, I am bougee on a budget. Mainly on here, you all will be seeing fashion, beauty, lifestyle and some travel here and there.

Why Did I Choose the Name “Naturally Southern”?

I first started a blog called Prosecco and Day Dreams two years ago because I was stuck on a name and choose anything but I didn’t love that name so I decided to do a re-brand. But why the name? My family all lives in the south and I plan on moving down to North Carolina in the next couple of years. I am all about the south, I feel most at home when I am visiting family down there and can’t see myself not being there.

Who Photographs Your Photos?

When I first started my fashion blog back in 2017 I photographed all my own blog photos using my first DSLR camera and a self timer. It was exhausting and took so much time to get a few amazing images that were useable. The past few years my amazing boyfriend Akshay (pictured to the right) now takes all my photos. He has been a tremendous help in fast pacing the process and making it quicker to share my content with you. I currently use either my Canon 5D Mark III or Mark IV to photograph my content use either my 50mm lens or my 35mm lens.
